Conan and the group meet spider researchers. One of them gets a call, and they rush to the facility on to find their Professor fallen deadly to a poisoneous spider. Conan discovers that the spider was already dead before the Professor came into contact with it, and there's a needle on the ear piece, pointing to murder.
