The David S. Pumpkins Animated Halloween Special is set in a small suburban town, All Hallows' Eve. The mysterious, elevator-riding Mr. Pumpkins and his dancing skeleton sidekicks show a trick-or-treating young boy and his sister the true meaning of Halloween. Mr. Pumpkins answers none of their questions along the way.
