Chef McEwan puts the chefs' skills to the test in the culinary skills Quickfire Challenge. The chefs must work as a team to create a Top Chef-worthy menu that follows the strict dietary needs for a hard working cast and crew. Executive Chef Michael Blackie from the National Arts Centre in Ottawa acts as guest judge.
